A.N.A.F. Ladies Auxiliary Unit 261

– General Information –

Thank  you for choosing the Ladies Auxiliary to cater your meal. After booking the Hall, please contact our convener, Kim Smith, as soon as possible, to let her know that a meal is required and the approximate number of guests.



The decision regarding menu details can be made 5 – 6 weeks prior to the function.

The Final Count for the number of dinners must be submitted 7 days prior to the date of the function.

We kindly ask that you complete the information needed and submit at your earliest convenience.

Terms of Payment:

  • $200.00 deposit is required when booking the meal.
  • The balance is due 7 days prior to the function.


A Gratuity of 15% will be added to the final invoice
